In the car on the way home.....

Me: Did you do alot of thinking today Deklan??

Deklan: No!!! I didn't do any thinking at all.

I'm glad he's making the most of his education..

Argh mornings

*running out the door to go to school*
Deklan: Are you coming with us mummy???

Me: Yes

Deklan: But you haven\'t got your glassies on!!!


Thank god for Deklan I honestly don\'t know how I\'d make it out of the house of a morning without him...

Deklan\'s rolling in it

Deklan: I have a 2 and a circle number.. That\'s how much money I have..

Me: You don\'t have $20

Deklan: Yeah I do

Me: Where did you get it from??

Deklan: My magazine

Me:???

He cut a picture of money out of a magazine I had given him to cut stuff out of. He thinks he\'s rich!!!

Backseat conversation

Lilly: I spy with my little eye something with no hair..

Deklan: Me

Lilly:Yes!!!!!

So it begins

Deklan is my son, he\'s 5 and he says something amusing atleast once a day...

I\'ve been sick the last couple of days and today he came home from school and came and gave me a kiss

Deklan: Do you think you will be feeling well again tomorrow mummy??
Me: I hope so muffin
Deklan(as he\'s walking away): Me to mummy
